TRIAX Synergy Gear SF 75W-80 is a high performance full synthetic heavy duty manual transmission and gear lubricant designed for the latest generation US and European heavy duty trucks requiring low sulfur API GL-4 lubricant. This product features superior additive content to maximize fluid longevity, shear stability, low temperature fluidity and high temperature viscosity stability in all types of service. This product is specifically designed for Volvo iShift and Mack mDrive automated manual transmissions. This fluid is optimally balanced with an amino-phosphate chemistry to protect yellow metal synchros in these special heavy duty transmissions. With improved friction control, wear reduction, thermal stability, shear stability, rust and corrosion inhibition, and seal protection. All are features that must be optimally balanced to provide extended gear and synchronizer life, smooth shift control, fuel economy and high load capability over a wide range of applications.
