REGULAR / SMALL PARCEL ORDERS

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50.
Orders under $50 have a fixed cost of $9.99.
No shipping to PO Boxes.
Shipping is restricted to the contiguous United States; this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days.
An email will be sent with tracking information. You can check tracking at any time on your account.

BULK / FREIGHT ORDERS

FREE SHIPPING for full pallet orders going to zoned industrial addresses within the freight delivery network that have a 48 inch loading dock and access for 53 foot trailers. If you are not sure if your location qualifies for free shipping, please CONTACT US HERE.
If your location does not qualify for free shipping, you may choose to pick up your bulk orders for FREE from over 200 freight terminals across the country or from our distribution warehouse in Grapevine, TX.
Partial pallets will incur a surcharge of $79.
Accessorial services such as lift-gate delivery and appointments are not included with the free shipping.
Delivery time is approximately 1-5 business days, depending on the location.
A copy of the BOL will be emailed to you so that you may track it using the PRO number.
Do not sign for goods without first inspecting the freight to ensure it is undamaged and is the correct product and quantity. If there is a problem with the shipment, take pictures, refuse delivery, and contact us. Not doing so may waive your right to appeal.
