I have five David brown tractors with the largest being a 1212 70 hp model. They all require TOU or STOU for the transmission/hydraulics. I've been told that you can use regular engine oil in place of the Tractor Oil. Well, I've tried that and the results weren't satisfactory. I replaced the oil with the AGRA STOU and the difference was obvious. The hydraulics run much smoother. The transmission is much quieter and shifts better, too. It's time for another fluid change on the 1212 and I just bought another 15 gallons. This is the only product I use for the transmission/hydraulics on my David Browns. I'm a very satisfied customer!

We have a lot of equipment requiring a STOU 10W-30 and its very hard to find at stores which only have the tractor fluid (which is thinner). High zinc product, works great in all our stuff and what's even better, is that we can use it in diesel engines as engine oil. You cant do that with normal tractor fluids.

Really good oil and very useful. It is hard to come by in the US. The only other option is OEM oil, which is twice the price and half the quality. Glad we found this one.
