Answer:
About 300-400 ppm for zin, phosphorous 100 ppm, moly about 250 ppm, also increased thermal stability.

Question:
I’m a tad bit concerned about Your booster raising the zinc levels too high and it may damage my catalytic converter in my Toyota RAV4 what is your opinion.

Answer:
The oil booster wont raise the zinc levels beyond 1600 ppm when used per our instructions. You should have no issues with the catalytic converters, the threshold for those is far far higher. You are good.

Zinc levels are not the problem, rather the other part of the ZDDP, the phosphorous is what can poison the catalyst over time at higher levels.

Question:
S7 oil booster when the bottle said 5:1 treat rate for freeing stuck rings was when this 16 ounce bottle treated 5 quarts. The bottles I just received, also 16 ounce, state "treats 10 quarts" . So...is the treat rate STILL 5:1 or something else.

If you use the whole 16 oz bottle for a 4.5 to 5 qt oil change, you are in the max cleaning mode for stuck rings, etc. You must change this oil and filter at 1500-2000 miles if using this concentrated level for deep cleaning. Thereafter for subsequent oil changes you should use no stronger than half that amount or 8 oz for normal oil change intervals in a 5 qt engine.

At a 5:1 treatment rate for cleaning and freeing stuck piston rings, you are only supposed to run this for 1500-2000 miles. 5 parts oil to one part S7 means that in a 6 qt capacity engine, you would pour in 5 quarts of oil and 1 qt (32oz) S7 additive. Take your engine oil capacity in ounces with 32 ounces=one quart. Divide the total capacity of a 5qt engine 160 oz by 6, and you get 26.7oz. That is how much S7 additive you put in the engine, then full the remaining oil to full. The remaining amount should be 4.16 qts. Keep in mind this is only for a shorter mileage interval cleaning. I recommend using a new oil filter when doing this.
