TRIAX Agra UTTO Supreme Tractor Fluid (GL-4)

This is going to sound strange, but I use this TRIAX Agra Supreme UTTO in the transmission and front differential on my Polaris General 1000. I did not make this up, Hilliard is the manufacturer of the transmissions and differentials on these machines and they recommend a tractor trans/hydraulic fluid as the go to fluid in these units. I will also be replacing the fluids in our Polaris Ranger 900 soon. The operation is quieter and operates smoother with better engagement.

Using in multiple garden tractors and an early exmark. Works well in hot or freezing weather. Virtually no foaming and if it's leaking easy to spot.

Just changed the transmission and front axle oil on my Kioti CX2510. This tractor has always experienced slow hydraulics and transmission function in all weather conditions, and especially in colder weather. First off, the 1-gallon packaging is the best I've used. It pours accurately and cleanly. No mess. No fuss. The tractor immediately performed better. Quieter. More hydraulic power. Much smoother than with the factory fill. The red color is welcome. Can read the level on the dipstick easily which sounds inconsequential but is very nice. All in all, I think is the best hydraulic transmission oil I've used. As good or better than Kubota ADT2, and cheaper too. Much better than any conventional products I've tried over the years. Sure, it costs a little more, but I think the extended drain time and reduced wear will more than make up for the cost. The performance enhancement alone makes it worth it for me. The rest is icing on the cake.

I’ve owned three Kubota tractors since 2004 and I have tried several very expensive fluids over the last 20 years and I find that this Triax is the best. Cold weather performance, smooth hydro operation have been the best of all the other brands that I have tried. I don’t use cheap “yellow bucket “ fluids in my equipment. I really like the fact that Triax adds a red dye to the fluid. Kubota uses a yellow color dipstick and yellow color fluid is a pain to try to see on the stick. Triax is so much easier to see on the sticks. Finally the Triax fully synthetic fluid is priced very close to Kubota’s partial synthetic UDT. UDT-2 is more expensive than Triax. I plan to sample the fluid at 100hr intervals to see how the fluid is performing and to set the proper service interval.

Solectrac tractor lists Triax as recommended transmission fluid and I could not find it locally. Ordered from Triax and product was delivered to our farm in less than 24 hours. Am very pleased with product!

Gave it 4 staz cuz UPS broke the pail, guess its not TRIAX fault xcept they shoulda pcakaged it better. Were really good at replacin it tho. Oil is great, replaced my UDT2.

Kubotas and Massey love it, we have 23 tractors on the farm and started buying this in totes. Much better price for an awesome fluid. When we changed, clutches were MUCH quieter, that was the most noticeable difference. The other one came later in the fall when the temps started to drop. This oil circulates instantly.
